This year for the first time I have put up a tit box in my Rowan (Mountain ash) tree. Although the box has only been in place for less than two weeks there has already been some passing interest. Today while sitting at the dining table I spotted a single blue tit examining the property and am now looking forward to receiving an offer on the asking price.

!The neighbouhood looks a bit rough, Look at that nest, what a disgrace with all those old pallets and wilderbeast bones. Still might get it cheap.
