I have just moved from a large house and garden to a two bed house and small garden. I have a Cavelier called Duchess as my companion and i'm partially disabled. I have never been a gardener as such, but have always liked a pretty garden. I now need help as my home now is communal so people walk in front of window which Duchess and myself are not used too. So we need help with ideas for putting up some kinda screening that doesn't hide the light but at least distracts from neighbors coming out their doors and having my dog barking non stop now..lol.
