These are little sweeties. In the Alpine trough with them I have a slightly bigger Dianthus which is bright pink/magenta! They make quite a show at the moment!

I love this Spritz. I've got a few new varieties of dainthus this year, waiting for first bloom. This looks so nice!

I got a whole set, three varieties x 5 of each as plug-plants this year...very cheaply as part of an order. They are really doing well in the greenhouse and they are ready to go out now. They have 'fruity' names like 'Raspberry Ripple' 'Strawberry Swirl' and 'Cranberry something...'

These look lovely.
Do you plant them in full sun ?

No, Tt - they are in the sun for part of the day. They seem to like that and I haven't anywhere else for my alpine trough, anyway! :-)
