Fruit trees

The problem most affecting fruit trees is the codling moth. It’s a bit early in the year but we should be thinking of protecting our fruit. The best defence is the pheromone trap. It’s no use buying a trap and using it for a year, you will net lots of coddling moths the first year but it should be an ongoing yearly thing.
