Blooming heck it was freezing this morning. It was very warm yesterday so what on earth could our plants and wildlife be thinking ?. I checked our main bird feeder and re-stocked it but the tree behind it was unusualey quiet. Not a squeak or whistle from its usual residents. I tried a whistle but all i received was a bark from muffin in return. I also tried a verse from painted waggon and muffin vanished. Ecky thump i thought so my next move was wonderful, i went into my shed switched the heating on plus the tv and made my rich tea supplie vanish. At that point my good lady beckond me in a very pleasent voice " Lunch is ready" i vamoosed rapidley to the kitchen in case that vanished(LoL). Take care all Tony

I've just heard our forecast Tony and we are probably getting more snow at the weekend! So spring isn't here yet! Its been a long winter and I don't know about you , but I 'm ready for some sun! No wonder the poor birds don't know whats happening!

Our forecast is dire too..thick fog all day.,and most of yesterday..so cold again as well..snow a possibility next week ,they say ...we like rich tea biscuits too,Tony..are you a dunker?..if you'll pardon the expression..Lol..I'm not,but our Grandson is..in MY tea !!

hi Terra Yes but it really is cold here. I would,nt be surprized if we had a little sleet. We appear to be a very resiliant nation due to weather changes. I feel it for the wildlife though. Take care Tony

Hi bloomer Ho, Ho, a dunk er victim then. No i refrain from dun kin since my good lady withdrew my right to use a spoon with my cuppa. This resulted in my useing a sweetener and leading a very pleasent life (LoL). Take care Tony

Oh no! I can't stand dunking! I know what you mean as well, Bloomer as my granddaughter tries to dunk her chocolate biccies in my tea! yuk!
We haven't seen blue skies yet Tony, just fog!

Hi Rose We had a little fog but now its cold. Getting my soil requirements next week. May try a tomatoe seed experiment tomorrow. Greenhouse at the ready and Shed up and running. Take care Tony
