Open Garden

Well it’s been a long time coming this year, but ‘Devonia’ will be open for charity next Sunday, 16th August from 2 to 5pm. As usual, my partner garden (a mile away) will be open as well, and this year we have a third garden, located midway between us, opening for the first time as well.
What do you get? ‘Devonia’ is 1/3 acre of plants (and plant sales).
24 Lysander Drive (the new one) is planted with white flowers and foliage effect (and will be selling preserves and produce).
10 Shaftesbury Close, a woodland garden with thirteen pine trees in the back garden, has teas and scrumptious cakes.
Entry to all three gardens is just £4, and all money raised this year is going to the Thames Valley Air Ambulance. If you live in the area and have a free afternoon next Sunday, it would be splendid to see you.

The Open Garden is tomorrow. Finished the preparations at lunchtime so I've had time to enjoy it this afternoon. Looks like we'll get a dry day again.
