Well here in Liverpool on Sunday we had the most terrible thunder storms and torrential rain and you guessed it – the garden flooded within 10 minutes the water was over our ankles. We stood and looked in total disbelief, all the hard work of the weekend gone – all my new grass seed on the lawns floating away.
But !!!!! – by Monday morning all the water had gone, the new drainage system had worked and the newly raised pond still in one piece, all i need to do again is re seed my lawns

What a horrible feeling loking at your garden under water. glad it drained so quickly. Good luck with the new grass seeds, and by the way, kindly keep your storms to yourself - (LOL)
