RAIN!!!

It would be nice to have summer back again, its like autumn here.

Same here Clarice, Im FED UP.Downpours and thunder forcast for the next 3 Days :( Ooooo but its gonna be warm!!!!! I think its another year without installing the Electricity in the back garden and at last I have someone to blame :) GET BACK TO WORK GC Hehe..

Oh please, please go back to work! I am so fed up with getting wet when I walk the dog, and as for getting into the garden...dodge showers, do a bit, come in, go out again...NOT today, though - it has rained all day long!

Its not your fault, Genuis.. it's mine - I know you read my recent pigeon blog and in there, I did say I ordered an aircon unit which arrived 2 days after the heatwave left, and its sat unused ever since. Beginning to wish I'd ordered a heater instead. Sorry folks;-(

Cold and very wet here as well,sincerely hope our 10days sunshine last mth is not our only summer,fingers XXX.. PLEEEEEEEEEEEASE..........

If we get much more rain here the fish in the pond will be swimming round the lawn.My granddaughter starts school holidays tomorrow, I can just hear her saying ,"i'm bored it's raining again. hey ho happy days.

we live on the south coast in hampshire and it's not been too bad,certainly had some dry days, but wish that heat wave would come back!!....................steve

Sorry, sorry (grovel, grovel...!!!) I am sorry really and yes am going back to work next week and guess what the weather forcaster said this morning "brightening up on Sunday and should be warmer and sunnier next week!!!" told you so!!! Anyone with a desert need me.....

Perhaps you'd better come down here next time you have time off work GeniusS, we could do with the rain! Although we had a bit on Saturday, but not enough!

You are lucky, Paul - I don't think my garden needs any watering...lol. Yes, more today, too....and ALL day on Saturday. We had a day off yesterday, though. Just a bit of drizzle, and a few rays of sun.

A bit of rain here today(on and off most of the day) SpritzH but still the strong winds that dry ot out too quickly. My front lawn is still, mainly brown!

Mine is green - and muddy next to the beds where I've been working!

Yet more rain today, but a slightly drier interlude this afternoon - mere drizzle, so I just ignored it and went to do some work.

Am I damp? YES! lol.

Yes, I got wet a few times today. But my trick seems to work most times. I put my wet weather gear on and by the time I've struggled to get it on , the rain usually has stopped. Doesn't always work though!
