MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL MY NEW FRIENDS!

I just wanted to stop by and wish you all a Merry Christmas and the happiest of New Years. I am greatful for each one of you that has helped me and guided me into this new field of gardening I never thought I would partake of, much less actually enjoy it.
I have had pneumonia in both lungs for the last 6 weeks and it’s been miserable, but I’m getting better, and my Grandson will be here for Christmas and he is the sunshine in my life even tho I only see him twice a year.
When my oldest son was 4, he taught me a valuable lesson. It was his turn to set the dinner table and when I turned around, he had put out the good china and crystal. I said, Oh honey, we use the every day dishes, those we keep for special. He started to remove them, when he turned and said, “Mommy, aren’t I special”? Oh my, I grabbed him up and kissed him all over and said oh yes, there is no one more special, so put the china back.
So as I wish you a New year filled with love, laughter and good health, I want to remind you to stop and remember to put out the good china for those most special to you.
