I DO WANT TO APOLOGIZE AND EXPLAIN WHY I TYPE IN ALL CAPS. I AM NOT YELLING. HOWEVER, IT’S EASIER TO TYPE WITHOUT HAVING TO HIT THE SHIFT BUTTON A LOT SINCE MANY OF MY FINGERS HAVE NO FEELING FROM THE STROKE. MY POOR THUMB I HAVE BURNED SEVERAL TIMES SINCE I FORGET TO WATCH MY HAND AND MAKE SURE ALL FINGERS ARE COVERED WITH THE PADS.
I JUST DIDN’T WANT YOU TO THINK I WAS BEING RUDE.
THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. ALTHOUGH I CAN’T SAY I ENJOY GARDENING, IM REALLY STARTING TO ENJOY BEING OUT THERE WITH MY PLANTS.

THANKS MIKE, SO FAR THE ONLY THING I ACTUALLY KNEW WAS THE CROCUS. WE FIRST SAW THIS PLACE IN AUGUST AND IT LOOKED AND SMELLED SO WONDERFUL AND WITH ALL THE DIFFERENT FRUITS AS WELL. BY THE TIME WE MOVED IN OCTOBER, MOST THINGS WERE GONE EXCEPT FOR THE TONS OF GRAPES.

We don't mind capitals - just keep talking! I have tried to identify a couple of your unknowns for you. Add some more - it's a challenge!

THANKS SPRITZHENRY, I'M AMAZED AT THE VARIETY OF THINGS SHE HAS PLANTED. I HAVE A LARGE GARDEN, BUT THE ONLY THING I CARE ABOUT IS THE RASPBERRIES. DO THOSE GET PRUNED?
NOTHING STARTING TO GROW ON THE GRAPE VINES AND IM AFRAID TO PRUNE THEM THIS YEAR.
I STILL TREMBLE PULLING A WEED, NOT SURE IT WASN'T SOMETHING SPECIAL. LOL
A GENTLEMEN IS INTERESTED IN PLANTING MY GARDEN SINCE HE LIVES IN A CONDO, AND SHARING WITH ME. I ASKED FOR REFERENCES AND HE'S COMING OUT THIS WEEK. A FRIEND WANTS TO ME TO GROW SOME RED POTATOES WHICH WE ALL LOVE, ARE THOSE HARD TO GROW.
I LIVE IN THE SUBURBS OF SEATTLE SO AM AROUND MANY MANY FARMS WHO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS BY THE STREET AT MUCH BETTER PRICES THAN THE STORES.
JACQUE ~ I WISH I COULD SEND YOU SOME GRAPES THIS FALL. WE'RE NOT MUCH INTO WINE, BUT LOVE GRAPE JUICE, SO WILL BE MAKING A LOT OF THAT.

I know about raspberries - they thrived in our previous garden! Cut out old canes right from the base - watch out, they are PRICKLY - and tie in the new canes. They tend to 'walk' across the garden, so you may have to sacrifice some if they come up where you don't want them! Have you got a fruit cage? If not, you will have to chase the birds away somehow if you want some fruit for yourselves!

Starting to enjoy being out with your plants is a very good sign. Perhaps you just might get addicted like many of us are. Happy gardening ! I think that it's great that you are posting photos inquiring about trees and plants that are unknown to you in your garden space.
