Streetlife Photo Walks

A group of us that belong to “Streetlife” on the Webb go out as “Streetlife Photo Walks Southend” we meet up in various places to take pictures, we have a great time, some are close by & some further afield.
Here are some that I would like to share with you all….
Firstly there is an MOD walk from Thorpbay to Shoebury Eastbeach….Few of the buildings and land marks

The Boom at Shoebury Eastbeach that kept the Enemy Submarines from getting through in the war times.

Then there is Southend Seafront…..

Through to Old Town at Leigh…..

Thats All for Now Folks.

That sounds like an interesting club to belong to. I like the last picture best, its very atmospheric.

All very familiar ......ha ha, we moved to Ashingdon, near Rochford last december(from Corringham..approx 17 miles away) and my wife, Julie has been looking forward r thighs to do when I'm at work. She had seen these walks on streetlife but hasn't plucked up courage to go yet!!

Steragram. You said you liked my last picture so I have added another one, it's about the boat :o))

Paul. Your wife should pluck up the courage, they are a lovely bunch of people, so friendly, they will really make her welcome. :o))

Ive just realised that this is a specific photography walk(Julie doesn't take photos ) but, I'm sure on the local Streelife, I've seen comments about walls with no mention of photography....perhaps this is something seperate.?

Hopefully, Julie will one day because It would be nice for her to have something to do when I'm at work.having said that, I only really work part time and not very much in the winter at all.She has looked into the various clubs(women's institute etc ) but none are really quite her cup of tea.

I really enjoyed the photographs. Glad you had sunshine.
Here we have 'She can run' groups for lady joggers at various levels. Seems all welcome.
Beginners pay £35 for 8 sessions of about 1 hour, going out with experienced lady runners. They come past here,
seem to be very happy.
Might suit Julie.

I don't think Julie is likely to start jogging Diane.

I was a volunteer Cllr for 5 years, and soon learned to ignore men who started with sentences with " I dont think."
If you want initiative, look for a woman !
