The beginning

Hi,
My name is Ernie and I have just taken on a plot in Sowerby Bridge near Halifax and thought it may be of interest to for viewers see what progress was made over the growing season. The first photo was taken on 1st September and as you can see it is pretty overgrown. As I am retired and have no wish to flog myself to death I went onto landshare .com and found a lady, Lou, who wished to share an allotment so over the months you should be able to see the results of our efforts.
Cheers Ernie
