I like the pic of the beach 'grasses'

Interesting how each type of grass grow in a very specific location. I never see them co-mingled. My favorite is the last 2 photos with the feathery tops.

there are lots of grass species aren't there? When I was at uni we had to use the grasses of Gt Britain guide by a chap called Hubbard. Over 100 native species in the UK.
Then there are all the sedges and rushes too that are very grass like.
