The Winter woes

Hi, This blog is just a post from my main blog. I hope this will help brighten the long Winter days a little, its from 2007 and shows our garden. At this time i had just been retired from work with ill health and had plenty of time on my hands, which i used to garden. As you can see we only have a very small front garden (Small back yard too) so hanging baskets, Tubs and planters are used. At this time we only used a small old fashioned film Camera so picture quality isn’t too sharp. Next year will probably be our last Summer spent in our Caravan in Ilfracombe, N Devon as we just cant afford the seasonal pitch fees. The upside to this will be we can spend more time in the garden again and perhaps get a show like this one!!!. The second picture down on the left (click on a picture to enlarge it) is my now favourite baket variety “Harry Gray” in this basket was just one plant and i was so proud of myself for growing it.
Some of my comments at the time may have been upgraded since then although their still a good starting basis. Comments please.
