Hi, I'm retired and Disabled too, COPD, Diabetes and Heart problems,to name a few, married to Sue for 47 years, we have two children and four Grandchildren. We live in the lovely town of Teignmouth in the heart of mild Devon, close to the Torbay Riveria.I have been growing Fuchsias for around 20 years now, I like to name Fuchsias where possible but i must add that labels can get swapped even on plants bought from reliable growers, so mine are named as accurately as is possible. Sue helps me quite a lot and also grows Roses in our small front garden.We only have this very small garden and yard at the rear,so 95% of my plants are container/hanging basket grown. I grow up to 60 different Fuchsias and have had over 300 cuttings growing at one time. .Although we both love our garden, i'm afraid (until were too old) we love our Motorbikes even better and ride when ever our health and the weather is good enough. We both have Hondas, me a 1979 500cc, Sue a 1980 250cc. We keep an old 5 berth caravan on a seasonal Pitch nr Ilfracombe in N Devon, so spend a lot of time over there during spring and summer.We both love Fishing too, mostly Coarse although Sue has won several NFSA medals and ladies Sea fishing competitions.
I also have a blog which covers lots of things we do and places we visit, also insight into our family history, beware though i do like to pop in a dubious joke or two.
