My tree seems at present to have a lot to offer,Having already this week shown it in bloom not that it is unusual at this time of year.i have one more picture that indicates its size.
Yesterday a little pruning was carried out and one branch that was felled contained a seed pod most unusual in shape and contains a number of near ripe seed,Normally the flowers fall away in there hundreds with out setting seed.Have not seen this before,Each of the rounded parts contain another seed
Then of course there are many hundreds of buds formed for next spring
Then a look at the trunk of the magnolia the branching is slightly bazaar brought about by one of my sons trying to climb it when he and the tree was very young back in the early 70’s
_
I have many times made shapes in my mind with it but never turned it upside down I will leave you all to your own conclusions
This is what happens when it is pouring with rain a i am unable to go outside.I call it Art. LOL

One the upright way looks like a pair of legs and waste and another leg comming into it, the one upside down looks like a pair of legs running with a leg running in the opposite direction, there are pictures of trees with all sorts of art work of humans a couple together etc you should join .

Sixpence It was only intended as a bit of fun,I thought members would be more interested in the seed pod that to me is a most unusual shape .not able see how it forms like it.
Kfunsters had to Google diydick had never heard of him,and not much the wiser now other than he no longer exists.Water proofs we have for walkies, will be putting them on soon.
