Shades of Green and Copper

What a fabulous collection of ferns you have! What conditions are yours enjoying. I would like to get some in my new woodland garden :). I have Osmunda regalis (Royal Fern) and Matteuccia struthiopteris (Ostrich Fern) next to my pond, love ferns.

These are lovely Brian have put on favourites as I can savour them at leisure. I only have Woodwardia fimbriata (Giant chain fern) which I bought last year for by the pond and would like to add to it so you have given me a lot to think about.

these are great .............. not much chice at our g.c ....... have some that were here wen we came and i love them ............ but dont know wot they are

some i have had for years,but not many have come from GC's mostly plant fairs and specialist nurseries,i add a couple more each year, it's rare for one to die in this garden unless they originate in Australia.

These are beautiful, my sister is mad about ferns, I'm putting this on my favourites so she can have a drool!

Oh I love ferns too and am adding your lovely blog about your fabulous collection to favorites to help me decide which ones to look for.. I have my few between box balls as I just love the contrast in texture between greens

I have identified another one this morning as a direct result of the blog ,so am well pleased.

Regal red lives up to its name it is actually more red than the picture.If you want it google it a number of nurseries have it for sale

I also love ferns bjs, i have quite a few the same as yours, (or they look the same) Love your,Pictum Regal Red, im sure i have it, its purple but not as nice as yours yet :)) You have an amazing selection and they do look great together. Im suprised i didn,t see a treefern amongst them lol.
