Sticki
Still not much the wiser,I picked a flower of the one you saw earlier which I bought as Scilla and another of the ones growing in the garden I have always thought were Puschkinia, then Googled it to find out the difference, (this is where we get Botanical) it is all about the stamens Puschkinia Stamens are flattened and close clustered to the centre, where as Scillas are not flattened and lie around the inside perimeter of the flower.
My conclusion is that i have two different Scillas.
See what you think it could be there are people on Goy who know a lot more about them than I do.
All look like Bluebells to me.Lol

Very good. I can never spell Puschkinia and am not terribly sure on pronouncing it either - Pushkinia or Pustchkinia? Anyway it is a lovely plant and is brightening up my garden.
