I made Shirley Tulip’s plum cake today and it really is mouth watering. Soft and rich and sweet and surprising with pieces of slightly tart plums so I can say with certainty that it will be only a memory very soon. Thanks a million Shirly Tulip and Stickytoffee too as she told me about it. Best wishes. Breda
