I'm jealous. I was stuck in a cold office and by the time I came home I was fit for nothing. I'm hoping for some good ( at least dry) weather at the weekend so I can have aching muscles too.
Sounds like you both did good work though and will have a feeling of satisfaction as you massage those muscles.

I worked nearly all day today and was too tired to do anything useful [apart from make tea] when i got back.

I used to go Breda but i havent really got the money any more; quite tempted to join instead of going on holiday ~ it would last a whole year that way!!!

No don't cancel your holiday Sticky. Go and have a great time and then think about the gym when back home. However my son is super fit and that's just from walking. I used to play golf and I know that walking is really the best form of excercising. If I could only have those days back, it was fabulous. Are you going somewhere exotic, or perhaps just peaceful? Either is lovely...

no nothing planned, we went to Islay, Inner Hebrides, Scotland for a week earlier in the year but wont be doing anything till next year now.

That's what I thought as I knew you went to Islay earlier. I am going to Tuscany next June all being well. We have booked it already. We are going to Vinci and there will be eleven of us again. Can't wait...

Yes, it is indeed and I think it should be very interesting. It is also fairly close to Florence, Pisa and several other great places so as I said I can't wait. We will be staying in a beautiful villa so perhaps I won't want to leave it TOO often while we are there.......

when i go on holiday, if it is a nice place i never want to go far!! dont like travelling all day and everyday!!

Well, as the whole family are coming my very own photographer i.e. Brendan ( he who makes friends with bulls - real ones - ) will be with us so I can just relaxxxxxx........

That might a bit of a disaster Meadowland as I can't swim, but I do enjoy the water and I have a lovely cossie. Shame it never gets wet. Would love to try that form of exercise especially followed by coffee and toasted teacake. Yummie.......
