Strange plant

Hi All, i spotted a plant which looks like a dandilion , but has a purple flower, i was told that it comes from northern Europe, just one growing on its own, in the nature reserve, i tried to get a picture of it today, but seems that the flowers only open in the sun, so will try tomorrow if the sun is out, i have never seen this plant (? weed ? wild flower ) before. Just hoping no one pulls the flower off before i snap a picture of it.

I wonder if it was salsify? Although this is native to southern Europe, it is a garden escape in many places.
I also grow crepis incana (native to Greece) that looks like a small pink dandelion

It would be interesting to see a pic of it, carmel. Good luck with the camera and the weather.
