reading some OH comments on another blog makes me wonder if it might not be a good ‘section’ for goY – I repeat my contribution below
My OH made a wonderful blunder – in front of witnesses – last time we went to the GC
“A minimum of three plants” he told me in a loud firm voice – I looked at him – and looked at the lady next to me – “You heard that?” I asked her – she stifled a giggle and nodded – I grinned – then didn’t have the heart not to point out what the edict he had just uttered actually was …
sigh – too nice for my own good =)

LOL - glad you all enjoyed this - part of his charm is that he makes the most wonderful verbal blunders - but not usually in a loud voice in public!! if only i were mean enough to have taken him at his word hahaha

I'm very lucky my OH (well she's a friend really lol) is just as mad about plants as me, so we always come away from a garden centre loaded :D
