On yet another day out we ended up at Buckland -in-the-Moor, thought you might like to see the unusual church clock.

It say’s " My Dear Mother"

Inside the church was lovely

This is one of the most photographed villages in England

Then on through the woods, down to a lovely place where you can go swimming in the summer called “Spitchwick”

The water is so clear,you can see the stones underneath,you can see the peat in the water

Stunning blog, how wonderful the clock spelling is wonder if it was done for some ones mother, such stunning photo s and love the little cottage and the wood carvings inside the church and the other cottate, lovely scenery too that water must be uncontaminated and lovely its so clear, my favourite county Devon
