I was out in the back yard today and just had to show you what’s been happening out there while i wasn’t looking, little monkeys.

And this one has a bud on him,not right is it.

Trouble is, when and if the frost’s come (I’m sure they will) they will all die back,it would be great to think that they wouldn’t. We would have some really early flowers then :0))

Gosh are these outside Sue ? I can't believe that. Mine are a bit frosted even in the greenhouse. The ones I brought indoors don't look as good as yours either. It must be a lot milder where you are.

It's great. Fuchsias enjoy mild damp weather (like me lol) I hope it stays like this for the winter

Hywel,So do we but i bet it wont, but we could do with a frost to freshen up every thing:))

Gosh I thought mine were going mad but nothing like yours. Do you think we will get away without the frost doing for all of them?

Brilliant Sue mine is still flowering outside as I can't get them in and the geraniums and not been killed either with the frost.

I still have pelargoniums and carnations outside and in flower, but my fuchsias are all tucked away up in the loft, sleeping peacefully.

Steragram, I am hoping so, but you never know in february:)

Sixpence, I know its crazy isen't it.i surpose we will have to enjoy them untill or when the frost's come :)

Gattina,Hope the warmer weather dosen't wake them up then:)

I've been up in the loft, checking on them today - it's a bit chilly up there! Not something I would term "warmer weather"!

Gattina, O Dear, but are they still asleep?

Erm, No.

Oops

I mean they are not dormant, Sue, not dead! They have buds on most of them, and look pretty healthy and raring to go. Not quite as enthusiastically as yours, but it is colder here than in the UK, so that's not surprising.

Sue, they look like pics from April ... not early January ... fingers crossed there isn't a sharp frost anytime soon! ... :o)
