Cheering me up

I was so fed up with my little winter garden so Bob took me to my favorite place, yes you guessed it, the Moors to feed the birds, on the way we spied this beautiful tree coming into Blossom.
When we got there we were not alone
This is a first sight up here this year of a Greenfinch
This Yellowhammers are getting to be a frequent visitors now.
And so on the way home we noticed this old tree
So after a lovely warm sunny day out i feel better now.

That lifts the heart, Sue - beautiful blog. For me, Spring is embodied in the chink, chink, chink of the chaffinches - not very tuneful, but music to my ears.

Lovely place to walk in. I felt better yesterday too, after a litle ramble along a local lane to see if any primroses were out - not quite! :o)
