Scary time for everyone
the little horror show is coming your along your way tonight
trick them, treat them gen'rously
and see them gleam and glow so scarily
hear them shrieking down the street
they love to trick and treat
and never have any scares
at 12 o clock the ghosties and ghoolies
will go keep on playing tricks
because they still like to have more fun

the oohs and aaahs and cracks and bangs, the pumpkins all lit up..... the kiddies thats trick or treating are here to have some fun!

and the fairy rings in the woods .... where witches gather !!! coldron bubble ,hubble ......... waiting ... waiting !!!! for that midnite feast .

come on you lot wheres the poets and story tellers lol

Dressed as witches, walking the street,
carrying cauldrons, little aching feet.
Knocking doors for trick or treat.
demanding chocolate, or a sweet.

If they come here I get so mad!
I tell them not to be so sad.
They should have better things to do,
There's no one under fifty two!

we get the sweets ready at the door,
it halloween once more.
each year gets better as the children make up,
and knock at doors to try their luck,
we give them sweets as a reward,
and to stop their tricks if ignored,
scarey faces and clothes they wear,
and open the door if you dare,
witches, monsters are on the prowl,
we sit in fear, can hear them howl.
halloween over another year,
but bonfire night will soon be here.

Absolutely fab!! The tree montage at the beginning is great: that tree looks very scary indeed. It looks ready to grab an unsupecting passer-by.......

thanks G. glad you like it lol , just a bit of fun fun fun !!!! the tree were my grandaughter sits wth my dog is 5 hundred years old at dunham massy and is now fenced of as its so delicate.

Halloween has come and gone, the kiddy's costumes put away,
all faces fresh, cherubic pink. fiendish masks for another day.
The Capes and fangs and witches hats, the garish wigs, all now are gone....and cauldron's stuffed with loads of sweets, and tummy aches and scary songs.......

A lovely tale of Halloween, and photos scary you have logged, the truly frightful part of this, is Cris, how did I miss this blog???

Now firework night looms very near...and once again, our patience tested...
'Penny for the Guy', you'll hear the yell, as bonfires loom and fireworks roar...
