Tuesday at the garden

Back from a busy morning at the garden, it was 20c when we got there, so quite warm. Red onions, shallots amd more garlic planted, greenhouse and polytunnel watered, fruit bed watered, 2 red currant bushes pruned and I hand weeded and fertilised 1 row of raspberries in the cage. I have taken the bucket off the rhubarb, it was coming out under the bucket as well as lifting the bucket up. The comfrey is also shooting well now too. We are going to have to go at least 3 times a week during the early part of the growing season. We have the spuds to plant after we get back from Durham.
I pulled the last 2 lettuce out of the poly tunnel. hopefully we will soon have some more coming through.
