No Gardening For Me

I am confined to bed……..feel dreadful, possibly because this is the first cold I have had for yonks. Once I retired from work I did not suffer with colds, in fact neither of us did, which is why, I think, this one has hit us hard.

OH if off out to do a bit more at the front borders, we really do need to keep on top of them, makes the bungalow look scruffy….cannot do with that. I still have plants to go in, they will have to wait until I feel a bit better. The grass needs cutting but after the rain it will be too wet. It too will have to wait.

Bed is the best place until you are better - the garden can wait, and so can the pots as long as your OH keeps them watered. Nothing like going out too soon for prolonging an illness!
