Alpine Garden Society. (Why do they need a club for this type of garden ?)

Sow at frequent intervals for continuous cropping.

Visit our website to find a full list of publications . (no address or travel directions.)

All hedge work. (I have never seen a hedge do any work.)

Many hands make light work. (Be ok on dark evenings.)

Potted palm. (Need a big pot.)

Border fork. (How do you cook a border?)

Garden rake.( Never seen one on the allotments they are all well behaved.)

Down the garden path. (Does it have a hole in it ?)

Bean poles. (Must have strong stems.)

Onion bed. (Fancy going to bed with Onions?)

White Pinks.

Any more ? Its Denis’s fault.
