After all that snow and cold today was the first day for weeks and weeks I managed to get out into the garden for a clear up. The sun was out and it felt lovely to feel the warmeth and it was great to be able to see my lawn again. So out with old faithfull again
The blackbirds have been enjoying the apples during the cold weather as you can see
This small flower bed was full of rubish that was first to be done
Then the pergular and all the pots had a good scrub everything was was a lovely shade of green
Next all the garden nick nacs had to be cleaned ready to put back once the flower beds had been cleaned up, Thats tomorrows job.
Everything in the greenhouse is ok and seems to growing still
These are a few pansys which I started months ago.
I bought this for the greenhouse it cost £35 on E Bay.The problem is it smells so much I can not sit in the green house with it on. And I did not realise how exspensive parraffin was, I paid £5 for a gallon .Which I dont mind if it lasts,But it only lasts 2 days and 2 nights.

Wow, you are so organised, Donnah. My garden is still to wet and boggy to attempt anything like a clear up but it definitely needs it. Everything in your greenhouse seems to be doing brilliantly. I have a heater like yours (a present some years ago) but, like you, I find it expensive so haven't used it this year so far, just wrapped everything up and hoped for the best. Your blog may me feel that spring is just around the corner, thank you :)
