Garlic Brew

Hi Everyone – would just like to say ‘Thank you’ to all who posted comments on my last blog. I sprayed my Hostas with the garlic brew yesterday evening. I don’t expect to get results for some time. I think the ‘wee crawlies’ have already done too much damage this season. The weather conditions haven’t helped either. Here in Scotland (near Edinburgh) heavy rainfall along with extreme temperatures have played havoc on many of my plants. However, the last few days have been beautiful and at last some colour is returning to my bland landscape. Perhaps some dry weather and sunshine will help in keeping the ‘wee beasties’ away from my hostas!

this remedy was on gardeners world wasnt it? or one of the gardening programs ~ it certainly seemed to work on their hostas, i was thinking of trying it out too!

I saw a heading "garlic brew" and got quite excited. I love garlic - can't get enough of it and thought someone had a recipe for a drink.
Quite disappointed
