only found what this was by a label I found a couple of inches down while thinning the plants. (Wrong!! it was a label for a dead plant, as were the Astibe and Cotoneaster labels)
But GoYers very kindly put me right. Now I know, I can check up what it does and when it does it - I know it trails, it was spreading down the walls and on to the bed behind it.
I cut some back to give room for other plants in the raised bed, then took it out completely and put some in a tub to contain it. It didn't like that much. Now got none at all. Wonder what it would have looked like to have had the whole bed in bloom? only had about half a dozen, and they were spotted all over. Ah well, bit late to worry now.
