Poor Little Bee

I went to put some washing out and found a little bee on the path going around in circles then he did get to the edge of the path and a 2ft drop. He didn’t seem able to fly so I read his mind He wanted to get to the flowers. Next I got a nearby plant label pursuaded him to get on and transported him across to a safe haven as seen in the photos. He rewarded me by rubbbing his hands together and over his face as if washing it.
My Poor Little Bee
He’s still there an hour later.
I’m off to see my shoulder surgeon now wish he could fix the bee.

I got back from the hospital about 4.30pm and he had gone. My friend who took me said he wasn't a bee. Any ideas?
