Thanks Scottish and Inverglen,
Besides dahlias I also grow colchicums which add to the fall color. And all the maples are turning. Looks beautiful but unfortunately it is heralding winter.

Very attractive picture. At this time of year I rely a lot on my asters and dahlias for colour.
