Thanks Karen, we grow several thistles as they do well in our soil. This is not my best photo, I have another one much clearer, will check to see if it is on here......

I thought we had lost ours and then this appeared in totally the wrong part of the garden, will see if OH can get some seed, so fingers crossed!!
