Thanks, Hb. The sun will be on the evening seat in another 1/2 hour. Although shady for most of the day, no good for shady treasures, much too dry, instead there is a yellow flowering Sunshine bush in the corner, still to flower.
Won't be filling any any more gaps with Hollyhocks, blown flat in the winds recently.
Lots of tiny bearded Iris seedlings along the front of the border here.
