This plant creeps along the ground, like a mat of purple. The bees love it.

Most of them do Barbara, they are growing in a free draining bed which gets hot, and it suits them ......

I try VERY hard not to step on it, Sbg...and it's in the scree bed, so I don't really have to. It would if I did, though! LOL. Hmmm...yes, Dd...you're right - I have a golden one that flowers - it's the variegated ones that haven't....so far...
