Not seen one of these before, is it a new idea?

Sid, my old neighbour, said his was about 30 years old and he bought it by mail order. The company I bought this from say: 'Over the last 30 years we have been using wavy spades at ???? as indispensable tools. They cut through the ground with much less effort than the conventional shape as all your effort is transferred to the three points so that it penetrates the ground like a fork, and they are brilliant for moving shrubs or dividing perennials as they slice cleanly through roots.'
I have removed the company name so that I don't advertise but if anyone wants details let me know and I will pm them or just Google 'wavy spade' !!
