Rooting cuttings for children to do

this is what we made this saturday, the chidren took cuttings, we got a clean plastic bottle from the recycle box, we put 8 holes on one side, filled it with water putting the lid on tightly, then push each
cutting through the holes, then over the next 6 weeks or so you can
see the roots growing.

Hi Pepperpot, just found this and got all excited cos I'm not doing too well with my fuchsia cuttings (droopy leaves getting in soil etc) so I'm going to try your idea. Thanks for posting this!
