Hi,
My name is Jan and I'm new to GOY. I have spent the last couple of weeks admiring everyone's photos of their gardens. I've just had my left knee replaced, so have had to sit around more than I usually would, infact GOY has kept me sane recently!! I used to have an allotment, as well as my garden, but I had to give that up some time ago, as I couldn't manage it because of my arthritic knees. I have also just had my lawn taken up and my garden transformed into a courtyard garden, with borders and a few other little areas for plants. It will look really nice when it's finished!! I have gained some real inspiration for my garden, from GOY, and all your wonderful photos....Thank you!! I hope to put some pics of my garden on, in the not too distant future. Any way, I just wanted to tell you how very glad I am to have found GOY and I look forward to making new friends through it. You all sound such a lovely, friendly and helpful group of people!!
