yes - and it was about 4 inches tall when bought - grew this much in one season :)))))))))))))

very much Pixi - my Mum when first bought said why pay £7 for a bit of turf :D She used to hate grasses :))))))) not now :)))
It does die down yes ML - cut back in March and it starts again :)))) I have 2 now

Nice fluffy stuff lol. I was never much of a fan of grasses (or flaxes come to that) .... now I have put several lovely flax plants in the garden & I always look for them when I visit a GC ..... have not put in any ornamental grasses yet, but I have seen a totally awesome one pictured in a cataloque which I am sure to order one day very soon.

My Hameln didn't flower this year....I think it was just too blooming cold and wet for grasses up here this year. The Red Sedge did well though.

this was the only thriver this year Karen - I was so looking forward to the grasses but they didn't do much at all :(

What a wonderful grass. I didnt realise you were a fan of grasses Paul. Would you consider doing a blog on your faves, that you have growing in your garden? .... pretty please.

Hi PoppyL thanks for the comment yes I will :)))) I love grasses yes - I love most things really but particualr ones are leafy plants, ivy especially love too
Will do a blog on them :))) funny enough was going to do one - I have so many plant pics :D
