Fuchsia Eva Boerg close up in hanging basket on my balcony. I took this photo on October 12th 2009.

I think so,too. Together with Swingtime, Eva Boerg is just one plant. I bought the two of them several weeks after the other four baskets were planted up. I bought those two because they didn't have two of the others on the market stall.
I originally wanted the same five for all five baskets. When I bought the first 4 I didn't realise I would have five baskets. One was still planted with spring flowers & still going quite strong so I didn't want to empty it.
I discovered some photos on my computer a few days ago f Swingtime that I had grown a few years ago. At that time I didn't realise what its name was but after growing it again this year & comparing it with the photos of this year I realised what it was called. :-)
