And this is the blue version. We tried to 'force' this into flower when we did a courtyard garden at Chelsea a few years ago but failed

Hello Andrew........I've just researched Meconopsis on the internet and here were your pics.......stunning wonderful colour...it's really a beauty. I'm putting a question on about growing them on....would you have a look please?

Sadly, the further south and east you are in the UK, the more difficult these are to grow (they just don't like hot, dry summers). In Scotland, they grow like weeds. Most years I have treat them as annuals :-(
