A shady corner

I'm very taken with this shady little corner of my garden at the moment. The silvery plant with purple flowers is Polmonaria 'Diane Clare'. You've already met the Space Spiders (AKA Epimedium 'Amber Queen'. The other plant is a spanish bluebell that found its own way.

I think it was a newly launched variety last spring, but this one has bulked up quickly, so I expect they wont be long coming in the garden centres.

I found a tiny litle campanula...the blossoms were so small...and it makes a lovely little mauve clump... The "Space Spiders" are so tempting...do you think they'd be ok in my garden? love pulmonaria too...is that a tradescantia in the foreground? I planted "Sweet Kate" last summer ...it has come up with lovely yellow foliage...

Yes, I saw your Campanula, it's lovely. Sadly I don't seem to be able to grow them here... I don't know alot about Epimediums - this is the first one I've planted, but I'm impressed at how well it has done, esp as our winter was pretty hard. Your winters are harder of course! I think it's worth a go :-)
No, the plant in the foreground is a spanish bluebell. My neighbour has loads and this one found its own way here, I didn't plant it! I have a couple of tradescantias - I bought a new one last year called Merlot Clusters, whcih Im looking forward to!

Looks a lovely corner, Sid. I'm very taken with your epimedium and will look out for one.
