Lovely border , I must get my agapanthus planted in the border, I had to break the pot this year to pot it on, know they like to be pot bound but it was mental!!!

This border is ridiculously big, it was the veg plot. I have two nice Acer trees at the back.
I have 5 agapanthus here, hopefully they'll be happy, they do flower for ages, don't they. I did have 6 but dug one up for Charlotte lol, its not missed.

I've given up on the allotment and veg sick of spending a fortune on things to stop every pest in the universe, except me, eating it!! , Cabbages are Doily's courgettes are marrows and lettuces have bolted , I'm just not a veg grower lol, did enjoy the rhubarb and the raspberries though, just don't have the time for the garden and the allotment so we're giving it up this year.

I know. The veg growing sounds wonderful and the produce can be great but such hard work and all that weeding and thinning out and like you say, things bolt. I'm not a veg grower either and we don't need it. I felt guilty but it was a relief to cover it with herbaceous p!ants. Never regretted it.
