There are not many other roses out at the moment, all having had their first flush. This one seems a better repeat flowerer than others. I hope my others start again but it is extremely hot and I think the heat holds them back.

I had a Peace Rose once, but it did not survive our cold winter.

Yes Joanne it has a good perfume too. It's what I think of as one of the good old fashioned roses. My father certainly had one when I was a girl and that's going back a few years.
