More palm's to identify

Very nice but haven't a clue as to what they are Mushy ..........

Palmate this is Phoenix reclinata - Senegal Date Palm. They are very common here. Large specimens line most of the large streets in downtown San Diego.

I've just posted some pics of fruiting trees in Balboa Park last week. : > )
