It's turned into a four month advertizing campain....crazy!
I do like the garden in the winter though, nothing much to be done and more time to relax and enjoy it. My daughter gave me a chiminea for my birthday this year and it's lovely and cosy to sit by when there's a chill in the air.

It's gorgeous! I need a fire pit or summat!
14 Sep, 2009
A Fire pit in the head of the cobra would be empowering and auspicious M, fire is an important element in the garden....(as long as it doesn't interfere with your washin line) just a thought!
15 Sep, 2009
OOOh Jungle......A line full of flaming washing ha ha ha ha ...........
15 Sep, 2009
That would be one way of drying the washing Milky...Marie has all those lovely herbs planted under her whirly line so at least they'd smell nice while they're burning! 8o)))
15 Sep, 2009
LMAO! The cobra's head is a LITTLE bit close to the herb bed!
15 Sep, 2009
Scrap that one then, I'm sure you'll come up with something inventive. 8-)))
15 Sep, 2009
I'll think of something! I could always take the washing in before I lit it!! LOL!
15 Sep, 2009
OMG I bet you will too....there's no stopping you...hee hee
15 Sep, 2009
LOL! I wonder if my wee metal bowl is fireproof?????
15 Sep, 2009
LMAO Just dig a hole, put stones down and light your wood on top, simple!
15 Sep, 2009
Good idea! Just thought tho! The cobra's my path!!!!! LOL!
Just put the pics up!
15 Sep, 2009
Hmmmmm not good 8-(
15 Sep, 2009
What about a wee metal bowl...do you happen to have one???!!!
15 Sep, 2009
Yes, It's used to catch water, but the birds dont like it!
15 Sep, 2009
Might be because it's too shiny, probably better as a fire bowl! Back to plan A !
16 Sep, 2009
:~)))))))
It's not shiny! Wierd, but the cat loves it, so that could be a reason!
16 Sep, 2009
AaaaaHaaaa! The feline aroma might well be your problem 8-)
17 Sep, 2009
She only drinks out of it!! LOL!
17 Sep, 2009
EEEEuuwww 8o)))
17 Sep, 2009
I know, but she likes rainwater, not tap water!!
17 Sep, 2009
Don't blame her, tap water's so full of chemicals....you have an organic cat!
18 Sep, 2009
Yes! All those years living in the woods! She prefers raw meat, & fresh water! But she drinks milk too, loves chicken kiev, prawns & SMOKED salmon, and attacks for a bit of peppermint aero!
Just like her owner (apart from the raw meat, tho I do like it rare!)
18 Sep, 2009
Living in the woods???!! Can't deal with rare meat at all, has to be cooked through for me, I don't like blood on my chips! 8-(
19 Sep, 2009
Yes, some b********* dumped her off the motorway & she lived in the woods & begged round the houses for a couple of years before I got her! Very successfully too! She was the fattest cat I'd ever seen! I thought she was full-term pregnant til I took her to the vet!
As for blood on my chips! Neither do I! I have them on a separate plate!
19 Sep, 2009
LOL 8o))) ......What's her name?
20 Sep, 2009
Smudge! She's multicoloured, so it suits her pretty well! Tho I shoulda called her Minnie! She moans away to herself all the time!
20 Sep, 2009
Awwww She sounds lovely, glad she's got a good home with you now, sounds like she deserves it after what she's been through.
21 Sep, 2009
She does! Took me 6 years before she stopped running out of the room if I moved too quickly! Now she just moans at me! She & I have just shared a bag of chips! Didnt know she liked those too, but she ate loads! Fattening up for winter, I think!
21 Sep, 2009
Awwwww ya big softy! lovely 8o)
22 Sep, 2009
She's pretty skinny just now, but then she's been running around all summer!
Poor thing, her coat needs taking in, its all baggy!
22 Sep, 2009
Wish I could let mine out, bit tight at the mo!
22 Sep, 2009
LOl! Mine is needing taken in too!
22 Sep, 2009

23 Sep, 2009
I didnt realise you were wooden, Jen! Lol!
23 Sep, 2009
Oh yes "me hearties", can't you tell by me avatar? Maybe I should get a new pic...wouldn't want anyone to recognise me! Was it the wooden leg that gave it away? LMSO
24 Sep, 2009
LMSO too! Oh, I'm not wearing socks!
How you doing?
24 Sep, 2009
Just back from B&Q, got a 3' Trachy and a 4' Phoenix palm for £7.50 each...love a bargain! Wooooooooooooooooo !!!
24 Sep, 2009
I nearly bought 2 Tropicanna's for £2 each!
24 Sep, 2009
Nearly??? You must be strong to resist that!
24 Sep, 2009
Well I would've got them, but I couldnt carry any more (see my blog) & I wasnt sure they'd go with the theme? I did think of you when I saw them, but they were a bit big to post!
24 Sep, 2009
Probably not the right style for your garden, going to check your blog :o)
