I know! Its impossible to get rid of them completely. you know when I was up at Dads at the weekend weeding etc..I noticed he has no slugs or snails or anyhitng in his garden but he does have earth worms! Maybe I need to steal a few and put them in mine! I havent seen a worm in years here!

Slugs,- my Chooks wont eat them, so I sling them in the field...
