Little dahlia, made a tight ball of green with little medallion flowers all through the summer. Small but lovely. These were in the boxes on the porch and potted on the picnic table,

Thank you. It really is a good one, plenty of flowers all the time. Its the perfect size for a balcony!

Thank you. Its a little wonder. Tight enough that the birds would stand in them, the flowers perched just above like a lily.

Why thank you. :-) The structure turned out to be my favorite part of it. The bird queue at the feeder was across it, like it was a solid runway for them to stand across. I wish I'd have gotten more shots of my birds this year.....ah well....:-)

Yes would agree..just like waterlilies on a green pond! A very gardenlicious plant!

This Dahlia is absolutely beautiful! When I saw the photo on my News page I thought it was a water-lily! I've added it to my favourites, too! I'd like to grow that one, would do really well on my balcony!
